The “Institute of Classical and Modern Dance” was founded to fill the void of a vocational education for young and passionate dancers and performers in India. Our aim to is to provide world- class training in within a holistic and educational learning environment, in a fun and integrated manner.

We also identify and assist young people with exceptional potential to benefit from intensive training as a part of a broad and balanced dance education, to enable them, if they choose, to proceed toward a self- sustaining career in dance or performing arts, and apply to performing arts schools internationally.
Since its inception in 2018, ICMD’s students have been accepted to NYU Tisch, The Juilliard School, Paris Marais Dance School, Alvin Ailey, Joffrey Ballet, ArtsEd London, Rambert school and many more.
