Overview
Our program is split across four levels. In addition to training, students receive the opportunity to perform for various organisations across Mumbai.
- Kids foundation level provides a foundation to the requirements and commitments essential for vocational training in dance
- Elementary level includes intensive training at an elementary level which is holistic and rigorous
- Advanced Intermediate level includes intensive training at an intermediate level for dancers with experience
- Pre-Professional level includes intensive training for dancers with extensive experience and opportunities to perform with our youth company
All levels work toward a Royal Academy of Dance ballet examination within the academic year

Eligibility
Kids Foundation:
- Some prior experience with western classical training. Audition required.
- *If you have no western training but alternate experience and would like to apply, please write to us.
Elementary:
- Some prior experience & audition required
Advanced Intermediate:
- Prior experience & audition required
Pre-Professional:
- Prior experience & audition required
Time Commitment
Kids Foundation:
- Two times a week and one Saturday in 3 months
Elementary:
- Three times a week
Advanced Intermediate:
- Three times a week
Pre-Professional:
- Four times a week
Outcomes
- A stepping stone toward vocational training.
- Helps students develop transferable skills like time- management, dedication and commitment whilst allowing enough time in the week to focus on academic requirements. The intense structure inculcates a professional mindset at a young age.
- Core and Supplementary modules together provide a great balance of technical training and creative development.
- Working toward the RAD examination, which is Internationally recognised (once we return to the studio).
- The students will have the opportunity to showcase a solo work at the end of the term.
- Individual meetings with the student’s parents to provide guidance to help them realise their dance aspirations.
- Written feedback from the faculty on the progress and development of the students’ training (for certain modules).
- The students will obtain a Certificate of Completion from ICMD at the end of the program.
